The Law Firm undertakes in the context of energy and other projects the elaboration of opinions concerning a) the thorough legal control of companies and their exploitation in terms of both commercial and tax law and the existence of pending cases and liabilities, b) the control of property titles, the existence of burdens & claims or seizures, registration of the current property regime & opinion on uninterrupted ownership succession and c) current production licenses, contracts with competent bodies (LAGIE, PPC, RAE), valid opinions from competent Authorities (Archaeological Service etc) as well as the calculation of the current tariff (FIT), taking into account the constantly changing legislation.
